Who We Are
Founded in 2019, Lincoln Terrace Park Cats (LTPC) is a hyper-local, all-volunteer group that works tirelessly to make a difference for cats living on the harsh city streets. Across NYC’s five boroughs, there are an estimated 300,000 to 1 million unowned, free-roaming cats. Our mission is to improve the lives of feral cats and to get friendly cats into loving forever homes. Through compassion, TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return), colony care and management, quality veterinary care, and foster and adoption services, Lincoln Terrace Park Cats strives to end the suffering of as many cats as possible.
